Herb Tuesdays. Gardening and wellbeing, yes, it’s good for you!

Everybody knows that fresh air and exercise are a tonic for mind and soul so we are building on this to get a group together to build our herb or ‘physic’ garden.

We have a hugel mound, quite a bit growing there already but want to jam pack it full of delicious useful plants that we could use for medicine, nutrition, dying fabric or more!

Everyone is welcome, especially people who might have experienced or are experiencing mental ill health.
